Why are the most Ultras and Hooligans in eastern Europe are on the right site? A lot of them show the Hakenkreuz-flag etc., but some of there grandfathers were fightig against Germany in WW2.

A lot of them show the signs from the german national socialists, but they say, that the hate Germany (e.g. a lot of Polish supporters). This is a contradiction. Does anyone know why it is so?
