There are hooligans but in highbury there was about 20000 mad fans so they were the majorty. but in the emirates there outnumbered and spread out which is why there so quite.

| Oke, i was confused the Arsenal stadium was such a libary.
In 1996 we got a new stadium in Amsterdam and we had the same problem too. The members of the f-side were spread out of the whole stadium and it was quiet too, but now it isn't quiet anymore because the f-side came together in 1997 and there came a new group called VAK 410 since 2001.
